Communications Specialist
Global Communications Specialist for an international corporation in the Boca Raton area. The talented Global Communications Specialist will join the global communications team and will be responsible for all U.S. communications. The ideal candidate will have specific experience in external communications in a B2B product-based PR and media relations, excel in developing content for various channels (websites, emails, press releases, social media, and thought leadership pieces. Exceptional writing and editing skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively and thrive under deadlines.
This is a DIRECT HIRE and a HYBRID position (3 days in the office)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate on content marketing campaigns, SEO initiatives and social media commercialization
- Craft engaging, innovative and cleanly written content for a variety of communication channels, including thought leadership articles, press releases, website content, LinkedIn posts and articles, etc.
- Tailor messages to resonate with external audiences while aligning with the Company’s brand and strategic objectives
- Manage multiple communications projects using project management tools and social media management tools to ensure efficiency, collaboration and timely delivery
- Support initiatives to enhance Company’s brand identity and reputation across various platforms
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience including experience in a global communications or equivalent in a B2B environment
- Exceptional writing skills with high attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all aspects of storytelling and editing
- Familiarity with SEO principles, AI content generation tools, social media strategies and content amplification techniques
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, producing high-quality content tailored to diverse audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using mass internal communication email tools
- Strong ability to adapt quickly to change and be flexible to meet the needs of the business
- Self-starter attitude with a builder-oriented mindset
