· Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience using HRIS systems.

. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.

· Advanced degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or Business preferred.

· HR certification preferred.
