About the Role
The Director, Integration & Operations, is a key operational role responsible for ensuring the seamless post-merger integration of newly acquired businesses, optimizing critical operational initiatives, and providing hands-on leadership when needed. This role serves as a "utility player” leading integrations, driving process improvements, and stepping in as an to help lead branch operations when required.

What You’ll Do
Integration Leadership:
- Lead the post-merger integration process, ensuring acquired businesses align with Right Restoration’s systems, workflows, and best practices.
- Provide on-site support during transitions, ensuring smooth adoption of company standards.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure seamless cultural and operational integration.
Operational Initiatives:
- Oversee and optimize key operational initiatives, including:
- Fleet management
- Operational technology deployment
- Process standardization & efficiency improvements
- Identify and implement scalable solutions to enhance service delivery and operational performance.
Interim Branch Leadership:
- Step in as a temporary General Manager for branches during leadership transitions, ensuring operational continuity.
- Manage branch-level P&L, safety, and customer service performance.
- Train and mentor local leadership teams, ensuring they are prepared for long-term success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with executive leadership, field teams, and functional leaders to drive company-wide operational improvements.
- Provide regular updates and insights on integration progress, operational metrics, and project outcomes.
- Proactively identify operational challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- 5–8 years in operations management, post-merger integration, or related roles.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional projects and managing change in high-growth environments
- Management consulting experience preferred
- Field services, emergency restoration, or frontline workforce experience is a strong plus.
Skills & Attributes:
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to assess operational challenges and drive efficient, scalable solutions.
- Leadership & Adaptability: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, ERP/CRM systems, and operational analytics.
- Hands-On & Strategic: Must be equally comfortable setting high-level strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- PMP or Change Management Certifications are a plus.
Work Environment & Expectations
- Position Type: Full-time, exempt.
- Location: Hybrid, office (local to Midtown, Atlanta, GA). Additional consideration for candidates local to Dallas- Fort Worth, NE Tri-State area and Chicago.
- Travel: 50-75%
