Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Program Manager in support of our enterprise networking and cloud solutions client based in San Francisco, CA.
Summary:
Our client i is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for driving our New Product Introduction (NPI) software programs as well as Software releases associated with new cameras and sensors in development. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be working closely with our Software engineering, Hardware engineering, Product Management, Test and Validation, GTM, Security, Legal and Operations teams to manage, facilitate, and deliver critical programs from concept to launch. Our goal is to deliver high quality products on time, with quality and within budget.
Responsible for the following:
* Lead software programs/projects and releases for smart cameras and sensors
* Build and drive program plans with well-managed dependencies and partner alignment
* Understand product use-cases and communicate technically with engineering teams
* Implement and track program work, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
* Craft project status reporting and deliver executive briefings to update senior leaders and team members
* Adhere to metrics and governance for Meraki's process and provide inputs for process improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in IT Program manager in an enterprise environment.
* Experience with camera and sensor software development program management and software releases associated with those two technologies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
