We are looking for an enthusiastic full-time Customer Support Specialist with outstanding communications skills to assist Talk Fusion Consumers with a variety of administrative needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as a friendly, invaluable resource for Promoters and Customers by answering questions and educating consumers about the Talk Fusion brand

Quickly respond to calls and emails in a polite, professional manner

You will be one of our go-to people for any questions about our corporate protocols

Assist with compliance regulation

QUALIFICATIONS

Associate Degree recommended

3+ years of Customer Support

PC/MAC experience in a Windows operating environment with strong typing ability

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Be a team player - ability to collaborate with others to accomplish goals

Demonstrated problem-solving ability

Excellent organizational skills - be detail-oriented

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including a high call volume

Self-motivated.

Ability to proactively anticipate customer needs and make recommendations to meet those needs.

Identify and assess departmental/individual training needs and take the necessary steps to keep abreast of products and services, as well as enhancements and upgrades

Ability to act with a sense of urgency

Ability to be resilient, positive, and focused

Must be able to work on-site at our Brandon, FL office
