We are seeking a self-starting, detail-oriented Analyst Business Systems IT to create and maintain risk mitigation processes within Medline's Supply Chain Technology space consisting of more than 70 supply chain related applications.
In this role, you will contribute to the execution and monitoring of IT Controls, ensuring system integrity, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll take ownership of tasks to ensure controls are operating effectively while driving risk related changes in a complex Supply Chain IT environment. Job Description

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Control Operations: Execute and maintain risk mitigating processes. Perform important tasks, such as System Access Reviews, User Access Reviews, System Change Reviews, and other related tasks with accuracy and completeness.
  • Analysis: Gather requirements, document processes, and work with application build teams to drive risk-related changes.
  • Process Optimization: Use experience from executing processes like User Access Reviews to identify automation or process improvement opportunities.
  • Data Reporting: Compile data for reports and dashboards to support compliance tracking and detection of compliance failures.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate controls-related system issues, documenting, and work with compliance specialists to implement corrective actions.
  • Policy Documentation: Create and maintain IT Control SOPs and process flow diagrams throughout the Supply Chain Technology space.
  • Team Tasks: Provide assistance to team members as needed to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in an IT setting.
  • Proven proficiency with SQL.
  • Proven proficiency with Excel.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain documentation.
  • Proven ability to consistently produce quality work with little oversight.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a SOX compliant IT environment.
  • Familiarity with supply chain, WMS, or Logistics technical systems and applications.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$79,560.00 - $115,440.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
