$110,240.00 - $165,360.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

- Design and develop comprehensive solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Architect robust data models and implement complex business logic.
- Create and optimize workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
- Develop custom connectors and integrate with external systems through APIs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Ensure solutions adhere to best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Document technical specifications and maintain solution documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4+ years of experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Advanced expertise in Power Pages development/maintenance.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/HTML/CSS/Liquid for extending platform capabilities.
- Experience with API integration and custom connector development.
- Moderate expertise in Power Apps development (both Canvas and Model-driven).
- Strong proficiency with Power Automate for complex workflow automation.
- Solid understanding of Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service).
- Proficiency with SharePoint and SharePoint Online integration.
- Knowledge of SQL and database design principles.
- Familiarity with Azure services complementary to Power Platform.
- Experience with DevOps & ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices.
