- Lead and execute Oracle database migrations between on-premises data centers or to the cloud (OCI, AWS).
- Design and maintain high availability and disaster recovery solutions using Oracle Data Guard, GoldenGate, and RAC.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator in enterprise-scale environments.
- Strong experience with Oracle 12c/19c, Oracle RAC, Data Guard, GoldenGate, and RMAN.
- Proven track record of migrating databases across data centers or to cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Shell, PL/SQL, and experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work across technical and business teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
