Senior Test Automation Manager - Onsite
Requirements:
- 7 or more years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a related field.
- Proficiency in test planning, test automation, and execution for enterprise systems.
- Experience in a DevOps environment, integrating QA with Agile methodologies.
- Experience leading QA teams, including experience in management or supervisory roles.
- Experience in Enterprise Architecture leadership and strategic QA planning.
- Experience with IT infrastructure, application development, and risk management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Scrum Master and lead QA initiatives for FDOT financial system modernization.
- Develop and oversee QA strategies, including manual and automated testing processes.
- Monitor, track, and report defects while ensuring alignment with FDOT quality standards.
- Implement and refine QA metrics, testing protocols, and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure compliance with system requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer, training, and mentoring for QA staff.
- Ensure products and applications meet quality standards before deployment.
