Senior Business Analyst - Risk Controls - Local to Tampa Bay Area Only

Skills:

• Experience creating process Controls and subsequent Testing and Monitoring is required.
• Financial Services experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Integrated Risk Management platforms such as IBM OpenPages, RSA Archer, ServiceNow, Wdesk, etc. is preferred.
• May work in a team environment or project room to facilitate collaboration.
• Business Analysis tools: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Viso, and Team Foundation Server), Smartsheet, and Basic database query skills

• Manager wants to start off with local candidates for a hybrid 2-3 days onsite per week work style to see what the local market bares as that is the preference, then we can reassess after that if we need to expand out of the local market for fully remote candidate options
• need to be able to understand controls that is key to this project work from a BA vantage point
• need to be able to write basic SQL queries, also need strong Visio experience and Smartsheet's is a plus
• Any experience with IBM Open Pages and Archer is a value add
