Senior Paid Media Strategy / Manager
Fulltime (Direct Hire) Position
Location: Remote, needs to be comfortable working flex hours
- Experience being a hands on Keyboarder for Google and Meta Ads
- Has a grind mentality. Someone who has driven the team and pushed back on tools that aren t working or utilizing the tech stack to its full capability
- Experience working in-house at a top DTC/ecommerce company. They can also have agency experience, but needs to have recent in-house. Some company examples are Crocs, Dr. Squatch, Oura, Bloom Energy, etc.
- Have to have managed 10M+ budget annually
- Experience with MMM and MTA, knowledge of incrementality is also a plus
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in digital media, with 5+ years dedicated to buying on Meta and Google
Hands-on Meta + Google Ads Manager expertise, managing campaigns with an annual budget of $10M+ for DTC/eComm brands.
Demonstrable success in creating, implementing, and measuring full-funnel media strategies on Meta platforms.
Demonstrated leadership experience in building relationships with cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes across various management levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros).
Agency experience in a Paid Meta + Google role.
Demonstrated understanding of the social media industry and platforms.
