Job Description:
Description:

  • Assess, analyse, and resolve issues in the production systems promptly.
  • Lead the design and implementation of system/process enhancements, ensuring they are delivered on time and free of defects.
  • Collaborate with business process owners and plant leaders to deliver high-quality support in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • Advise project teams on the inter-relationship between data, functionality, and business processes.
  • Lead project teams to deliver new functionality to the business, on-site as needed.
  • Provide timely and effective support via the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in SAP support or related functions.
  • At least 7 years of experience in SAP configuration and business process integration.
  • Primary expertise in SAP Materials & Warehouse Management and/or Production Planning.
  • Additional SAP module knowledge is a plus, including Purchasing & Procurement, Sales and Distribution, Finance and Controlling, and Manufacturing Intelligence and Integration (MII).
  • Strong ability to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly convey information, ideas, and instructions to individuals or groups, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to understand complex systems and think abstractly to identify patterns, connections, and opportunities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple work streams and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate to advanced, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable working in a plant environment and supporting operational projects, with an understanding of their impact on processes.
  • Up to 25% intermittent travel to facility locations.
