Description
Our Client is looking for an SAP Project Manager for an S/4 HANA upgrade. This person needs to have prior experience overseeing an SAP S/4 HANA upgrade from end to end, from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and design an appropriate SAP solution.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams consisting of internal staff, consultants, and client personnel, assigning tasks and ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess strong technical knowledge of SAP modules relevant to the project (e.g., Finance, Sales, Supply Chain) and configuration capabilities.
  • Change Management: Manage change requests, assess their impact on the project, and communicate changes effectively to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize impact on project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle through rigorous testing and quality control procedures.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, project team members, and management, managing expectations and addressing concerns.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide support during the transition to production, including user training, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Deep understanding of SAP functionalities across various modules depending on project needs.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
