Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: Proven experience in talent acquisition, account management, or similar roles within the technology professional services industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of W2 and C2C staffing models.
  • Client Management: Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work autonomously and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Tools: Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Premium or similar.
