Senior UI Designer

We're seeking an experienced Senior UI Designer to lead the design of intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for our client s digital financial platforms. You'll collaborate with executive leadership, product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to create designs that drive business results and delight users on a global scale. The person we re searching for will have a strong portfolio showcasing technical leadership in designing visually compelling and user-centered digital platforms, particularly within the financial services arena. This is a contract to hire opportunity. No 3rd Party firms please.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive UI design strategy for enterprise-level financial products
• Design responsive, intuitive, and visually engaging web and mobile user interfaces for investment platforms
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Mentor junior designers and ensure adherence to UI design best practices
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design integrity throughout implementation
• Present design concepts and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimally 10+ years of professional UI design experience
• Portfolio showcasing leadership in designing visually compelling and user-centered digital platforms
• Expertise in finance, banking or asset management sectors
• Proficiency in UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools {Axure)
• Strong understanding of UI design principles, visual design trends, and design systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with design systems implementation across large-scale organizations
