The Director of Customer Success and Marketing is a dynamic and results-oriented individual responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, tech support, and marketing. This role is fully remote and will oversee both customer success and marketing strategies, ensuring seamless integration between customer satisfaction, retention, and new customer acquisition. This role protects thetechnology customer relationship and proactively manages expectationsand needs through the life of the contract. Responsible for all customer implementation and technology and vendor relationships.

This role will oversee Technology customer success and upselling of clinical products. They will lead all new customer implementations, supporting the clinical operations team in successful patient GO LIVE launches. The Director will oversee a team supporting vendor relationships , GPO relationships, and creating and managing company RFPs in conjunction with the sales team. In addition, this Director wilk have a marketing background that supports the strategic messaging, social media, website, and design needs of sales and operations.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about improving healthcare outcomes and have a strategic vision to lead both customer success and marketing initiatives. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in marketing, sales, graphic design or other applicable field vs. at least 3 years proven experience in healthcare vendor managementand customer service or marketing management.

Must have effective communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and vendors. Must be self-motivated and purposeful with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals and KPIs with proficiency in using operations software and sales tools.
