Responsibilities
- Manage internal programming including setting the agenda and managing logistics
- Draft executive-level communications, including letters from our CEO and executive team
- Prepare other corporate communications on business changes, office openings, etc.
- Oversee corporate communication channels to communicate business updates
- Create and drive internal communications strategies and engagement programs
- Design internal campaigns on policy rollouts, new programs, and other initiatives
- Partner with the Marketing team to update the company's website and social media
- Maintain the firm’s intranet platform, including producing newsworthy content
- Produce a weekly internal newsletter and draft bios and award submissions
- Manage corporate headshots and maintain a database in which headshots appear
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of communications work experience
- Knowledge of investment banking business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Problem solver with a creative and proactive mindset
- Skilled in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
