As a National Accounts Manager at Florida’s Natural, you’ll work alongside Sales team to manage existing business, gaining incremental sales and growing sales profitability with your national accounts.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead account specific strategy to achieve growth of revenue and shares of company products at a National Account level.
  • Development of markets and customer relationships to meet and exceed sales objectives for profitability, revenue and case volume, share growth, trade spend, distribution and pricing.
  • Ability to partner with Regional Sales Manager to develop National Program and Initiatives with deadlines as well as KPI’s to ensure success.
  • Partnering cross functionally in promotional planning, analysis, modification of plans, as well as post promotional analysis to achieve annual business objectives.
  • Ability to develop and create customer selling presentation/category reviews to highlight key strengths, areas of opportunities and suggest additional FNG products to enhance brand presence.


What we’re looking for:

  • Must live within the North Eastern US
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 5 years of CPG experience
  • ADUSA experience all Divisions preferred
  • P&L experience
  • Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft products
  • Direct selling experience in grocery class of trade – via brokers okay but direct preferred
  • Broker Management Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret, communicate and leverage syndicated POS and panel data against selling objectives (Nielsen and or IRI)
  • Demonstrated initiative as well as success in achieving personal and team quotas
  • Ability to manage accounts at the headquarter level. Strong leadership, collaboration, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to identify execute priorities within a multi-task business environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 15-25%
  • Resilient self-starter who thrives in an environment that is fast paced and is able to adapt to changing environments/situations
