Support Technician Level 3
Day to Day:
- Handling desktop support related issues for PC and Mac users
- Responding to and closing tickets within the ServiceNow que
- Active Directory administration such as set up, adding permissions, disabling and password resets
- Cross train on supporting internal staff as well as the traveling team
- Supporting and troubleshooting applications
- Supporting and maintaining the office apps as well as some of the communication tools such as Slack, Quip, and Zoom
-Testing network switches, access points, and overall Cisco operating system
- Install and fix printers for offsite events
- Follow the check list for pre-event and set up
Physical Expectations:
- Must be able to carry equipment up to 60 pounds.
-Ability to crouch under equipment trucks if there is a cabling issue
-Will be expected to pick up monitors or physically move equipment while onsite
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Familiarity with fiber optics is a plus
Light Palo Alto experience is a plus
Candidate needs to be flexible with work hours and work schedule
Candidates will be working Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
Team does shift work - shifts are consistent for the week
Fast learner and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Want to learn about production and networking

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
