We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Project and Account Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, high attention to detail, adept at balancing client expectations with team capabilities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Understand clients' business goals and marketing objectives, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of projects.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and the project team. Regularly update clients on project progress and manage expectations.
  • Budget and Timeline Management: Develop and track project budgets and timelines, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the final deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and agency standards. Address any issues or changes requested by clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and collaboration, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to propose additional services or projects that benefit client objectives.

You’ll be part of a growing and supportive team that values creativity, innovation, and results.

This is a 1099 position starting at 20 hours/week.
