Job Title: Project Manager, Emerging Talent

Our internship program is more than just a summer experience—it’s a strategic investment in the next generation of talent. We are looking for an Intern Project Manager to lead, and refine our program, ensuring that interns, their managers, and teams have an impactful, high-quality experience. This role requires a balance of operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of what makes an intern program truly world-class.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the execution of all aspects of our summer internship program, from onboarding to performance management, ensuring an exceptional experience for both interns and teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including Developer Education, Relocation/Mobility, and Talent Management—to create a seamless onboarding process that sets interns up for success.
  • Support year-round programming efforts in partnership with recruiters, the programs team, vendors, and cross-functional partners (employee and workplace services, human resources, leadership, etc.)
  • Drive operational excellence in workflows for program participants or candidates
  • Drive and maintain data integrity during a data infrastructure transition
  • Coordinate programming operations and event logistics for onsite or virtual engagements, including budgeting, calendaring, booking spaces, marketing materials, speaker and volunteer coordination, and attendee preparation
  • Partner with recruiters, and cross functional partners to facilitate tailored programming that meets the unique needs of diverse teams across the company—including Content, Data & Insights, and Engineering—ensuring each function receives relevant, high-impact experiences that align with their work, culture, and strategic priorities.
  • Curate learning and development experiences that help interns understand our business, culture, and industry landscape.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the program, tracking Net Promoter Score (NPS), CSAT, and other key metrics to benchmark against industry-leading programs.
  • Present program impact and recommendations to key stakeholders, leveraging data and storytelling to drive program enhancements.
  • Serve as an ambassador for our culture and values, equipping interns with the knowledge and context to thrive within the organization.
