Position: Campus Recruiting Coordinator

Location: New York City (Hybrid WFH)

Comp Package: Base salary up to $65K, Bonus, Full Benefits, 401K+, Paid OT etc.

Responsibilities for Campus Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Plan and attend Summer Associate events
  • Oversee summer associate onboarding and departure processes
  • Track summer associate reviews and evaluations
  • Coordinate Summer Associate Advisor Program and assignments
  • Manage OCI registration process
  • Coordinate LL.M. interview program and London lateral hiring
  • Prepare materials for on-campus interviews, schedule call back interviews and second visits

Qualifications for Campus Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 6+ months legal recruiting experience working in a law firm
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team-player
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks with competing tight deadlines
  • A high energy level and have a professional demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
