Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with all aspects of medical malpractice litigation, including case management, document preparation, and trial support.
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Conduct legal research and summarize medical records, depositions, and other case-related materials.
  • Coordinate and schedule depositions, court hearings, and meetings with clients and experts.
  • Communicate with clients, medical professionals, and opposing counsel to gather necessary case information.
  • Manage court filings and e-filing procedures in state and federal courts.
  • Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
  • Maintain case files and ensure compliance with deadlines and legal procedures.

Key Qualifications:
