ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Facilitate the recruitment process including scheduling interviews, phone screen candidates, and post job descriptions.
  • Coordinating with department managers to develop specific recruiting ads.
  • Facilitate and monitor the pre-employment process.
  • Coordinate new employee paperwork related to onboarding
  • Tracking and monitoring candidate pipeline
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy
  • Providing company information and job opportunities to potential candidates
  • Manage New Hire Onboarding. Ensure accurate documentation (such as I9s, computer access information, etc.) is distributed and signed by new hires.
  • Provides exceptional service by responding to employee inquiries or routing employees to the correct party.
  • Keep employees updated on relevant communications through updating of communication boards
  • Coordinates congratulatory, get well, and sympathy gifts
  • Maintain employee personnel files.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with the processing and documentation of employee termination.
  • Audits all files for accuracy, content, and completeness
  • Perform administrative duties such as organizing and scanning documents
  • Support any company-wide information meetings
  • Assist in updating and maintaining compliance with required legal posters and notice.
  • Stay up to date on local employment law changes and trends
  • Maintains strict confidentiality for all matters and ensure proper confidentiality of all documents
  • Support the HR department with any additional duties as assigned by Management
  • Monday- Friday
  • Pay range $22-24
