Supply Chain Management Analyst (contract)

This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full-time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying change and planning decisions to reach optimal solutions, utilizing Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure seamless coordination within the supply chain. This role involves collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders such as customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers, and customers. The position requires integrating Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan, coordinating part number attributes, verifying engineering BOM accuracy in the material planning system, releasing and managing orders, addressing order delinquencies, reporting schedule adherence issues, developing inventory plans solutions, analyzing excess and obsolete inventories, creating product and service schedules, supporting process improvements while working under general supervision.
