JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the development, documentation and implementation of new processes.
- Oversee all aspects of application design, development and user support for the SharePoint and BD applications environment including assessment and implementation of current and new capabilities.
- Oversee key processes or controls and participate in the ongoing development and maintenance of proprietary risk management applications and processes as they relate to the US Independence Group.
- Develop and execute plans and strategies in close collaboration with business teams including executive management.
- Seek opportunities to enhance and streamline processes with respect to core responsibilities of assigning borrower risk ratings and continuous monitoring and surveillance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key leaders across the organization.
- Support, lead, and inspire a large, high performing team of mobile technologists.
- Communicate effectively with team, business partners and the technology organization, including project sponsors and stakeholders to gain alignment among groups with disparate perspectives.
- Must have experience in application/system design and deployment, including multiple full lifecycle implementations managing teams.
- Experience working with clients to understand and document requirements map requirements to standard functionality.
- Expert in Java and at good working knowledge of at least one other language.
- Hands on experience with build and deploy tools like Maven, Nexus, Jenkins, Gradle
- Strong C++ skills, 5 years of professional experience or equivalent.
- Proficiency managing, measuring and optimizing for resource constraints.
