Johnson & Towers, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for a On Highway Service Manager at our location in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. This individual will have operational responsibility for the Service Department. The Service Manager will work with the Operations Manager to strive to grow the department and make necessary decisions to maintain a profitable Service Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and training of service personnel
  • Complete performance reviews of service staff
  • Communicate and direct service department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Abide by and implement factory certification requirements and programs
  • Ensure all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in working order
  • Manage recruiting, staffing, and employee development activities
