The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data-related processes, capturing technical and business requirements, and producing clear documentation to support modernization efforts. The role also involves collaboration with internal technical teams to understand data structures and ensure alignment with project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for data solutions, software, and infrastructure.
• Identify and define integration points between systems and applications.
• Create project artifacts and provide recommendations to support decisions on platform modernization and data migration strategies.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed data transformation requirements.
• Maintain accurate technical, process, and data-related documentation to support ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of data modeling and data architecture principles.
• Bachelor's degree in data science, software engineering, information systems, or a related field, with 7 10 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and documentation.
• Exceptional communication and technical writing skills.
• Ability to interpret complex business needs and translate them into data and technical requirements.
• Experience working with diverse databases and data tools.
• Strong financial and data analysis skills; experience in the financial or mortgage domain is a plus.
