  • Assist with network configuration and troubleshooting for seamless system performance.

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers across global markets.

Qualifications of the IT Support Engineer:

  • Strong experience with Ubuntu administration and Docker container management.
  • Proficiency in networking (IP addressing, subnetting, firewalls, VPNs, security protocols).
  • Hands-on experience with IoT platforms and cloud connectivity.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
