Typical Day in the Role
- Purpose of the Team: The main function of a non-IT project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities planning activities for engineering teams. role spans across different organizations and involves interacting with several stakeholders. The candidate will be managed by the sponsor and will support various projects and executive-level communications.
- Key projects: will vary based on needs and will not be limited to just one project. The candidate will be involved in goal management with KPIs and writing executive-level communications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate initiatives, making detailed plans to accomplish goals.
- Create presentations for new proposals or changes needed
- Analyze data and find discrepancies and document insights.
- Write draft communications on planning updates, current status of goals

- Presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
