Per Sé Group is working with a large DFW-based commercial general contractor. They are looking to hire a Project Manager for local work throughout the Metroplex. The ideal candidate has experience working on tilt-wall, light industrial, data center, or similar projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans
  • Manage project teams including engineers and subcontractors
  • Review, organize, and distribute drawings, specifications, schedules, RFIs and more
  • Create and maintain project schedules
  • Maintain project documentation
  • Adhere to project scope and budget

Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience of Construction Project Management
  • Tilt-wall, light industrial, data center, or similar project scope
  • BS in Construction Management or similar preferred

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 depending on experience. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
