AEG Vision seeks a Marketing Manager, Content & Creative, to lead content strategy, creative execution, and brand storytelling across all marketing channels. Content Development & Visual Design

  • Develop and execute content strategy and creative direction for campaigns across websites, social media, email, in-store materials, digital advertising, TV, and radio.
  • Create engaging content for web, social media, email, digital advertising, and in-store materials.
  • Design compelling visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Write and refine brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop high-quality multimedia content.
  • Lead the development of storytelling-driven content that enhances patient engagement and strengthens AEG Vision’s brand presence.


Creative Direction & Brand Oversight

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content and creative strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee external creative agencies, ensuring brand consistency across TV, radio, and digital assets.
  • Manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, organizing and optimizing creative assets for internal and external teams.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all owned, paid, and earned media.


Collaboration & Team Leadership

  • Mentor and develop the Junior Designer, providing guidance on social media content, digital ad design, promotional materials, and in-store signage.
  • Work cross-functionally with digital marketing, recall/retention, and field marketing teams to ensure creative effectiveness.
  • Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions, driving innovation in campaign creative.
