What is the ATC Products team andwhyjoin?

The ATC Products team is dedicated to building innovative digital solutions that amplify and deliver the value of WWT s Advanced Technology Center. Our mission is to empower customers with tools that enable hands-on exploration of technologies, enhance learning experiences, simplify complex technical decision-making, and provide seamless access to ATC support resources when they need help. By creating intuitive platforms for lab hosting, proofs of concept, and educational resources, we equip IT practitioners with the insights they need to drive meaningful business outcomes. Joining the ATC Products team means contributing to impactful solutions that shape how organizations evaluate, adopt, and succeed with cutting-edge technology.

  • Integrated Learning Paths into our digital event experience, allowing customers to access and enroll in educational content seamlessly.
  • Enhanced our learning platform to provide deeper insights into user engagement, including video watch time, the article read duration and lab launches.
  • Developed a system for awarding digital achievements to users upon completing Cyber Range challenges and key learning milestones.
  • Developed a digital scoreboard to display team scores in real-time during Cyber Range events and highlight results afterward.

What will you be doing?

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering work and ensuring the team is high-performing and healthy. In addition to leading a team of 3-5 developers and a QA Engineer, you will also design, build, test, and deliver software with the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Play a key role in driving the strategy of applications supporting wwt.com, working in close alignment with product owners and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the environment that nurtures drive and enthusiasm within a healthy
  • Gather and deliver performance feedback for team members, and regularly coach employees towards meeting behavioral and performance goals.
  • Work with our customers and business stakeholders to ensure our applications are stable, easy to use, and meet business expectations.
  • Work to incorporate business feedback into the team s strategy.
  • Collaborate with other development teams, product management, and development leadership to align on the problems we want to solve.
  • Coordinate work assignments within the team and ensure new features and issues are being addressed, balancing speed of delivery and team capacity.
  • Building and delivering software solutions alongside the team, providing technical leadership, and promoting best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver informal and formal presentations to the team, department, and business partners.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience managing project initiatives across multiple IT and business organizations.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years prior experience and passion for managing and developing people to their full potential through coaching, mentoring, and servant leadership
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) for both a technical and non-technical audience.
  • Ability to think creatively and recognize & encourage creativity in others.
  • 5+ years of experience in web development technologies such as:
    • Vue, Angular, or React
    • JavaScript / NodeJS
    • Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
  • Possess a solid understanding of Agile principles.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Passionate about software development and delivering large and/or complex solutions in an iterative process.
  • In-depth understanding and passion for excellence in the .
  • Bachelor s degree, preferably in computer science or Management Information Systems; A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered instead of a degree.
