The HR/Talent Acquisition Coordinator will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs. Additionally, this role will help develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews for hourly leveled openings
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Design job postings to post on social media platforms
  • Foster relationships with local universities/career programs and manage the internship program
  • Manage travel and expense reimbursements for the HR Department
  • Organize/manage travel arrangements for the HR Department
  • Support the Sr. HR manager with onboarding process and procedures
  • Complete File Audits & maintain Talent Acquisition department candidate files
  • Review and maintain all job postings to ensure properly formatted
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned



WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/related field or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Strong communication skills in-person, on the phone, and written
  • Impeccable attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think proactively and manage multiple priorities
