As a Full-Charge Bookkeeper at Dynamic Mechanical, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial records. This includes:
- Maintaining accurate general ledger accounts.
- Processing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Preparing financial statements and reports.
- Managing budgets, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Ensuring compliance with tax filings and regulations.
- Reconciling bank and credit card statements.
- Collaborating with the leadership team to provide financial insights.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role, ideally within the construction or HVAC industry.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger accounting.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with prevailing wages and associated reporting requirements.
