About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Event Coordinator to join our dynamic events team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning and execution of various events, from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and large-scale festivals. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in every phase of event planning, ensuring that all logistics are handled smoothly and all stakeholders are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.

  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure event needs are met.

  • Help develop event timelines and detailed schedules.

  • Manage registration and attendee communication before, during, and after events.

  • Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place.

  • Provide on-site support, troubleshooting issues as they arise during events.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in an assistant role.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by events.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software.
