Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading multiple projects through the change management process to ensure timely execution and successful product launches.
  • Assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources, and developing schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensuring a common understanding of project goals by setting clear expectations and aligning stakeholders.
  • Leading risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Improving team performance by fostering team cohesion, leading and motivating members, and ensuring efficiency.
  • Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinating cross-functional interactions with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Compliance, and Marketing to meet business needs.
  • Driving the execution of labeling deliverables, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards, including translations when required.
  • Creating master labeling plans and schedules for new product development and change requests.
  • Managing document inputs for labeling and artwork projects, facilitating design reviews, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Resolving issues within and between projects, monitoring project progress, and implementing necessary solutions.
  • Communicating project priorities, timelines, and status updates to internal and external partners.
  • Proactively identifying obstacles and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Assisting in the development of multi-country labeling strategies and supplemental labeling processes.
  • Driving labeling-related changes from project initiation through verification and production release.
  • Leading process improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and predictability of labeling projects.
  • Coordinating with Product Engineers to release updated labeling into product lines.
  • Managing multiple labeling projects with varying deadlines using strong project management fundamentals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant regulatory or project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrating the ability to generate and explain detailed proposals, schedules, objectives, and project documentation.
  • Applying knowledge of FDA, ISO, and EN labeling requirements.
  • Managing product launches, redesigns, line extensions, or maintenance items within medical device, food, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Communicating effectively, both written and verbal, with diverse stakeholders.
  • Utilizing project management software such as PPM systems, MS Project, or Jira.
  • Displaying strong stakeholder and customer orientation and focus.
  • Applying problem-solving skills to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Demonstrating excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, and negotiation abilities.
  • Using available tools, systems, and resources to find answers and drive solutions.
  • Taking ownership of responsibilities, encouraging accountability in others.
  • Adapting to changes with flexibility and maintaining an open mindset.
  • Exhibiting strong organizational skills and time management abilities to proactively assess and develop strategies.
