eNGINE is seeking a Help Desk Technician to support our customer, a law firm, located in New York City. This person will be responsible for supporting hardware and software systems across the organization. Candidates will be required to work onsite, and therefore must be local to the area in order to commute.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of experience working in a help desk support position
  • Experience supporting O365 systems
  • Ability to work through a ticketing system
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11, iOS, and Android devices
