Description:
* We are seeking a skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to support the deployment and automation of cloud-based environments.
* This role requires hands-on experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud security best practices.
* The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams to enhance the efficiency and security of software deployment processes, contribute to architectural discussions, and support DevSecOps initiatives.
* Additionally, this position involves mentoring junior DevOps engineers, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving process improvements to optimize system performance and reliability.

Required Skills:
* Experience designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
* Proficiency in automation of infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
* Strong collaboration skills to work with development teams for seamless deployment.
* Implementation of security best practices in cloud environments.
* Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies.
* Ability to contribute to technology architecture discussions.
* Experience with Agile methodologies, including planning and task estimation.
* Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address system risks and inefficiencies.
* Ability to create and utilize metrics and dashboards to monitor DevOps maturity.
* Familiarity with tools used for Agile processes and DevOps automation.

Desired Skills:
* Experience with various cloud computing platforms.
* Knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies and best practices.
* Previous experience working in a highly regulated industry.
* Ability to support cross-functional teams in implementing technology solutions.
* Participation in technology road mapping and evaluation of new tools.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $102.90-$147.00
