Title: Wire and Electrical Equipment Engineer

Location: ONSITE Everett, WA

Duration: 6+ months to 2 years

Interview: WebEx

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design of wire harnesses and installation of the wire harness in a monument that would ultimately go into a commercial aircraft while meeting vendor, OEM, FAA, and internal requirements.
  • Integrate electrical components using the wire harness design ensuring vendor, FAA, OEM and internal requirements are met.
  • Prepare, modify and release drawings created in CAD (NX) to verify fit, form and function of mechanical and electrical designs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering from a four-year accredited college/university required and 3-5 years of experience. Equivalent experience or education will be considered.
  • Experience with the design of wire harnesses and installation of the wire harness in a commercial A/C monument using a 3D modeling package.
  • Key Skills: AutoCAD 2d drawings, NX wire routing/modeling
