What You'll Do
- Conduct frequent depositions (8+ per month, 100+ per year)
- Handle all aspects of litigation, from pleadings to trial preparation
- Strategically push cases toward efficient settlements without unnecessary delays
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trial when necessary
- Work closely with support staff to maintain an organized, high-volume caseload
- Trial experience in PI litigation OR corporate defense litigation
- Proven ability to thrive under high-volume litigation and deposition-heavy caseloads
- Strong work ethic - we hire grinders who take ownership of their cases
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Licensed to practice in California and in good standing with the bar

- Trial experience in PI litigation OR corporate defense litigation
- Proven ability to thrive under high-volume litigation and deposition-heavy caseloads
- Strong work ethic - we hire grinders who take ownership of their cases
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Licensed to practice in California and in good standing with the bar
