RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking an Inventory Planner with a proven track record of managing complex supply chain operations. They will need strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, actionable manner across diverse teams.

The Inventory Planner will report to the Supply & Inventory Planning Manager or Director, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners across the business, including:
* Merchandise Planning
* Consumer x Fields of Play (FoP) leadership, Merchandising and Brand
* Marketplace Supply Chain
* Global Supply and Manufacturing Partners

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of relevant supply/inventory planning or supply chain experience
* 5+ years of supply planning, inventory management, or related supply chain experience
* Strong analytical skills
* Excel proficiency
* Experience with SAP ERP (preferred)
* Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively
* Ability to think strategically while managing tactical and operational aspects of supply and inventory planning
* Proven ability to work across teams and geographies to drive positive business outcomes
* Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and make informed decisions in a fast-moving environment
* A mindset of continuous improvement, with the drive to streamline processes and enhance planning systems.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and translate it into strategic insights for diverse audiences
* Ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends, and use data to inform decision-making. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros) are essential
* Ability to shift seamlessly between strategic, tactical, and operational responsibilities, with a focus on executing high-level plans while managing day-to-day operational details
* Strong decision-making abilities, particularly in ambiguous or high-pressure situations, with a proactive approach to issue resolution
* Superior interpersonal skills with experience building relationships across teams, functions, and regions
* Familiarity with SAP ERP systems is preferred; proficiency in planning tools and software is a plus
* Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
