As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our project management initiatives. This includes planning, organizing, and executing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of project managers and coordinators to ensure successful project delivery
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful implementation
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices and standards
• Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in project management methodologies
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare setting
• PMP certification is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure
• Experience with project management tools and software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance is a plus

Work Experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology (IT), Healthcare or
  
  

related field, or a total of nine (9) years of applicable professional experience

• Licensure: None.
• Certification: Two (2) professional certifications in project management, lean six sigma,
  
  

business analysis, or change management.

Work Experience:

• Five (5) years’ experience in coordination, collaboration, and facilitation of work efforts
  
  

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Demonstrated experience using multiple methodologies and tools in business analysis,
  
  

project management, process improvement and change management to manage multiple

cross functional initiatives simultaneously.

• Facilitate meetings and work sessions to logically evaluate and analyze situations,
• providing the necessary data to drive decisions from executive sponsors, project
• sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to foster high performing teams and optimize resources to achieve initiative
• outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work
• effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse and matrixed environment.
