Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • PMP certification is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure
  • Experience with project management tools and software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance is a plus

Work Experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology (IT), Healthcare or

related field, or a total of nine (9) years of applicable professional experience

  • Licensure: None.
  • Certification: Two (2) professional certifications in project management, lean six sigma,

business analysis, or change management.

Work Experience:

  • Five (5) years’ experience in coordination, collaboration, and facilitation of work efforts

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Demonstrated experience using multiple methodologies and tools in business analysis,

project management, process improvement and change management to manage multiple

cross functional initiatives simultaneously.

  • Facilitate meetings and work sessions to logically evaluate and analyze situations,
  • providing the necessary data to drive decisions from executive sponsors, project
  • sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to foster high performing teams and optimize resources to achieve initiative
  • outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work
  • effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse and matrixed environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Licensure: None.
  • Certification: Three (3) professional certification in project management, lean six sigma,

business analysis, or change managementwith a preference on PMI, Six Sigma or Prosi. .

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Majority of time involves sitting or standing; occasional walking, bending, stooping
  • Long periods of computer time or at workstation

  • May be exposed to inside environments with varied temperatures, air quality, lighting

and/or low to moderate noise

  • Communicating with others to exchange information.
