Graphic Designer
Job Functions & Responsibilities:
· Help translate marketing and business objectives into clear creative work that is compelling, engaging and in-line with our brand guidelines
· Explore, develop, and produce innovative and visually fresh concepts in partnership with content strategy managers
· Apply problem-solving skills to achieve unique design solutions for branding challenges
· Effectively present design ideas to Design Manager, Creative Director and other internal team members, as well as internal clients
· Defends strength of ideas while remaining open to alternatives and further explorations that may be deemed more effective or appropriate
· Collaborate regularly with all internal teams
· Design and develop digital files
· Delivers innovative design solutions within given timelines
· Manages a portfolio of work with varying timelines
Skills:
· Graphic design skills across digital and print
· Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator,)
· Advanced proficiency in Canva
· Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
· Problem-solving skills to achieve unique design solutions for branding challenges
· Remains up-to-date on current design trends, typography, brand identity
· Effective communicator; comfortable collaborating and presenting to all levels of management
· Project Management
Education & Certifications:
· Bachelor’s degree required, plus outstanding online portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of print and digital design best practices.
