Georgia Regional Hospital at Savannah (GRHS) is a state-funded multi-service facility operated by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities. GRHS is seeking candidates for the position of Business Support Analyst 1 / KRONOS Workforce Scheduler. This position will work 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. / 40 hours per week.

Job Description

This position is essential in the scheduling of personnel on the units using the KRONOS module. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Ensures the units are staffed with DBHDD personnel and agency staff
  • Responsible for maintaining close contact with Nurse Managers and Coordinators to ensure appropriate staff is available
  • Assists Nurse Managers and Campus Supervisors with staffing needs for all units
  • Communicates with staff via phone, text and email to assist with staff shortages
  • Inputs all unit schedules into KRONOS
  • Enters time-off requests into KRONOS
  • Responsible for data entry, timesheets, and license verification
  • Checks and updates KRONOS time keeping system
  • Submits Personnel Action Requests (PARs), time-keeping forms, to Human Resources Dept

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates who, in addition to meeting the State minimum qualifications, demonstrate some or all of the following skills/experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Prior experience with Scheduling Software in a 24/7 health care setting
  • Experience with an electronic timekeeping system
  • Experience creating / updating metrics
  • Experience creating / updating reports and spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of scheduling personnel in KRONOS a plus but not required
