Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of technical support experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required
- This is not a remote position
