- Answer and direct calls and emails from our internal and external partners.
- Welcomes visitors and assists all guests and colleagues by answering questions, referring questions and concerns to the appropriate team members, and providing other assistance as requested;
- Maintains client information by organizing virtual and physical filing systems. Inputs, updates, and processes database information while preparing reports as needed; Ensures client files are created and terminated properly;
- Assists the Home Care program with communicating, mailing, and messaging Home Care workers;
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Associate degree in a general study or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience in home care (2 years or more).
- MS Office and other software experience.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs, and work quickly in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must be able to operate office equipment including but not limited to computer keyboard, multi-line phone system, fax and copy machines.
