Job Summary: The Inside Sales and Quality Supervisor is responsible for maintaining high standards of sales quality through call monitoring, deal coaching, and performance optimization. This role focuses on ensuring sales excellence through quality assurance, script compliance, and individualized deal coaching to drive conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate recorded sales calls to ensure adherence to approved talk tracks and scripts.
- Monitor live calls to provide real-time feedback and coaching opportunities.
- Assess call quality metrics including tone, pace, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Identify patterns in successful and unsuccessful calls to develop best practices.
- Maintain quality scorecards and tracking systems for call performance.
- Provide one-on-one deal coaching sessions to help sales representatives optimize their conversion rates.
- Work with representatives to improve specific aspects of their sales approach.
- Guide representatives through complex deals and challenging customer scenarios.
- Assist in developing effective responses to common customer objections.
- Share best practices and successful techniques across the sales team.
- Monitor and analyze sales scripts and talk tracks for effectiveness.
- Recommend improvements to sales processes and procedures.
- Identify training needs based on quality monitoring results.
- Maintain documentation of successful sales approaches and techniques.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to implement process improvements.
- Generate detailed quality assurance reports for management review.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics including conversion rates and call quality scores.
- Document coaching sessions and progress of individual representatives.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on quality initiatives and results.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Other duties as business needs require.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of sales experience in the security alarm systems industry.
- 1 year of quality assurance or sales coaching experience.
- Strong computer applications skills with MS Office; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Proficiency in call monitoring systems and CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Superior communication and feedback delivery abilities.
- Knowledge of security industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify and articulate areas for improvement.
- Experience with sales training or coaching methodologies.
- Pass a drug screen and background check.
- Bilingual is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Remain stationary at a desk, standing, and moving from place to place for prolonged periods.
- Occasionally move light objects.
- Observe details at close range.
- Take notes, operate technology, and present information.
- Read documents and presentations using electronic devices and hard copy materials while interacting with others.
- Exchange accurate information in person, over the phone, in writing, and electronically.
- Communicate clearly and articulately for presentations and interpersonal interactions so others will understand.
Job Type: Full-time, exempt
Work/Base Location: Jacksonville Corporate
Work Hours/Availability: 8 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some flexibility.
Travel: No
