Our member is a global medical insurance provider in King of Prussia, PA and is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team!
This is a full-time, permanent position and can be performed hybrid, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in-office work located in King of Prussia, PA.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will work together with senior-level management to establish and drive recruitment strategies and workforce planning initiatives. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management and department leads in developing forward-thinking organization wide recruitment strategy and workforce planning initiatives.
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent across the organization.
- Stay on top of recruitment trends as it relates to process and technology improvement efforts.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring best practices in talent acquisition are followed.
- Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics and trends to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (such as ADP) and other recruiting tools to streamline processes and enhance candidate experience
- Serve as a point of contact for third party agencies and vendors.
- Utilize skill assessment tools (such as Predictive Index) to screen candidates.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruitment (high-volume, preferred.)
- Experience developing strategic workforce planning and recruiting plans.
- Team Lead and/or Supervisory experience required.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases, ADP preferred.
- Experience with skill assessment tools, such as Predictive Index (PI) is preferred.
- Experience with creating and tracking Key Performance Indicators and Recruiting Metrics.
- Knowledge of labor legislation.
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
- Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic team environment
