Job Description:
- Experience: Significant experience in integration management, with a strong background in EDI file processing (834, 835, 837, etc.) and flat file integrations.
- Experience 15 years
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools. Deep understanding of EDI processing flows in the healthcare industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience building and managing high-performing teams.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare, insurance, or financial services industries. Familiarity with APIs and other data exchange methodologies. Experience implementing automation and process optimization strategies.
- Integration & Implementation Management: Oversee multiple integration teams, ensuring successful project execution and seamless client implementations. Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of file feeds, including monitoring, triaging, and repairing feeds. Establish and enforce best practices for EDI file processing flows, particularly in the healthcare industry. Work cross-functionally to align integration efforts with business objectives and client needs.
- Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement: Design and implement processes to enhance efficiencies within the department and across teams. Create metrics and dashboards to track integration progress, team performance, and overall project health. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize workflows and enhance customer experience. Ensure scalability by building teams and processes that can support seasonal fluctuations in demand.
